Bring a small-to-midsize company like Duplication Factory to the forefront as a leading Video & CD-ROM service provider. Also, to create excitement and entice one of the most difficult groups of prospects—Marketing & Advertising titles— to go deeper into a direct mail piece.

Strategy:
Create a unique piece that will get noticed and viewed. Show recipients how marketing their company and/or brand through Video & CD-ROM can help deliver a "WOW" experience to their potential customers. Also, entice recipients to watch the enclosed CD-ROM to learn more about Duplication Factory and its services available. A reply card was included offering a FREE "WOW Experience" Kit for those who answer a short questionnaire-a way to gather potential client's contact information and help in determining product interests.

A uniquely shaped plastic saucer, housing both a circular brochure and interactive CD-ROM, were boldly designed both in color and layout to grab the attention of the recipient. The brochure cover utilized several lenticular effects such as animation, zoom, and flip to further emphasize the "WOW Experience." The complete direct mail piece was mailed out to over 100,000 records in the U.S. and came with CD-ROM, lenticular brochure, call-to-action card explaining how to get a FREE "WOW" Kit, and business reply card with questionnaire.

Results:
The "WOW Experience" direct mail campaign was one of the most successful Duplication Factory has ever launched-pulling over a 9% response! The response was so positive that the brand messaging, including the lenticular image, is still being used today.
