Season Ticket Books
Challenge:
Full Lenticular tickets have been problematic due the difficulty in reading a barcode and printing variable data thru a lenticular lens. To further the complexity of the project, each ticket book had 5 tickets per page plus a spine to keep the page attached as tickets are removed, meaning each page was a total of 6 lenticular designs pieced together for one combined page.
Strategy:
“The Glazers wanted to do something special with the tickets this year, something that’s never been done before,” said Jason Layton, the team’s Director of Ticketing and Business Administration.

Description:
The Buccaneers wanted to provide their fans with a unique ticket that would become an instant collectable item for the season ticket holder. The Luxury Suite and Stadium Club ticket books included a lenticular cover and 2 lenticular ticket pages/seat. The overall size of the books was 15 x 12 and 15 x 11, with the size of each individual ticket being 3 x 8 and 3 x 7.5 respectively. The Luxury Suite ticket had a Full Motion Video effect depicting a play in action, while the Stadium Club tickets had a unique 3D scene with volumetric depth. Each ticket book had a Lenticular cover that showed cannons firing and opponent’s logos exploding in addition to a tremendous amount of parallax.

As quoted by Jason Layton, Director of Ticket Operations, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, “There is a lot of excitement about the upcoming season, and we wanted our tickets to reflect that. We wanted to get our fans fired up for the season, so we pushed the envelope a little bit. These are going to be the best tickets our fans have ever held in their hands.”
